Preparation
⑴ The testing machine should be installed in a clean, dry, and vibration-free room where the ambient temperature can be maintained between 10°C and 35°C. The room must provide sufficient space-at least 70 cm of clearance around the machine-to facilitate testing and routine maintenance.

⑵ Excavate a pit at the installation site; the dimensions should exceed the length and width of the machine's base by at least 50 cm on each side, with a depth of no less than 30 cm.

⑶ Pour concrete with a strength grade of at least C20 into the pit. During the pouring process, leave openings for anchor bolts and conduits for electrical wiring and sensors. Level the surface of the concrete foundation.

⑷ Connect the testing machine to a three-phase, four-wire power supply equipped with a circuit breaker and a residual current device (RCD). Power lines should be positioned at least 150 cm above the ground and fitted with a manual power switch to control the machine's power supply.
Installation and Calibration

Use a frame level or the plumb bob included in the accessories to calibrate the verticality of the machine's columns in two mutually perpendicular directions; adjustments can be made by inserting small metal shims under the base. Install the anchor bolts (including spring washers). Secure the anchor bolts by grouting the holes with high-strength cement mortar and fill any gaps between the machine base and the floor; allow the grout to cure for at least one week with water curing before finally tightening the bolts.
