Premium Material Construction

The whole furnace cabinet is manufactured with thickened 304 stainless steel, featuring high temperature resistance and acid & alkali corrosion resistance. The inner cavity is lined with high density thermal insulation refractory material to stabilize internal test temperature and reduce heat loss. The sealed door frame adopts high temperature resistant silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage during combustion test. The observation window is made of high temperature resistant explosion-proof glass, which can withstand long-term flame radiation without cracking. The control panel shell is made of anti-rust cold rolled steel with electrostatic spray coating. The internal ignition pipeline and nozzle are made of copper alloy with anti-oxidation treatment, supporting long-term repeated ignition tests. All internal wiring uses high temperature flame retardant wires to avoid aging under continuous heat exposure.
Working Principle
The equipment simulates the small open flame ignition environment that building materials may encounter in daily fire accidents. The adjustable flame nozzle generates standard stable flame, and the automatic ignition device realizes one-click ignition without manual open fire operation. After the sample is fixed inside the sealed furnace chamber, the flame acts on the surface of the test specimen at a controllable height and angle. Testers can observe ignition time, flame spread, molten dripping, smoke generation and burnout status of the sample through explosion-proof observation window. The touch control system records the whole test duration and combustion data automatically, to judge the flammability grade of the tested building material and generate standardized fire test records. The sealed furnace structure effectively isolates flame and toxic smoke to guarantee laboratory operation safety.
Operation Procedures
1. Sample Preparation: Cut building materials into standard-sized specimens according to fire test standards, clamp the sample firmly on the internal sample fixing bracket.
2. Equipment Startup: Turn on the main power supply, enter the touch intelligent control panel, set test parameters including flame action time and flame height.
3. Ignition Preparation: Close the sealed furnace door tightly to lock the internal test chamber, activate the gas supply circuit of the ignition nozzle.
4. Formal Combustion Test: Start the automatic ignition program, the standard flame sprays to the sample surface; observe the whole combustion process through the observation window, the system automatically records test data.
5. Test Completion: Cut off gas supply and flame after the preset test time, wait for the furnace chamber to cool down completely, take out the tested sample, export and save the combustion test data.
