Functional Description
The ZS-20H cement mortar jolting table is specialized for forming standard cement mortar specimens. After mixing cement, sand and water evenly by mortar mixer, the filled test mould is fixed firmly on the table platform. Driven by the synchronous motor and cam transmission mechanism, the table lifts and drops repeatedly at fixed amplitude and frequency. The regular jolting process exhausts trapped air inside mortar and compacts specimens uniformly, ensuring identical density of every test piece. The built-in touchscreen controller accurately sets and records jolting cycles, automatically halting once 60 cycles are finished. It provides standardized forming conditions to guarantee repeatable, accurate flexural and compressive strength test data for cement quality inspection.
