Working Principle

The equipment adopts closed-loop precision electric drive and displacement sensing technology. After the cement paste sample is placed, the system drives the spindle with test cone/needle to descend at a constant standardized speed. The high-precision sensor captures the penetration depth into cement paste in real time.

● For standard consistency test: The machine records penetration depth under different water-cement ratios and automatically calculates the standard consistency water consumption that meets the standard indentation range.

● For setting time test: The machine performs periodic penetration detection. When the test needle can only indent a specified depth into the paste, the system automatically records the initial setting time; when the needle leaves no trace on the sample surface, the final setting time is confirmed. All test data is synchronously stored in the built-in memory, and users can view curves or export data through the touch screen and USB interface after testing.
