Product Overview
This automatic cement flexure compression testing machine is an all-in-one electro-hydraulic servo laboratory testing instrument, specially developed for strength detection of cement mortar, composite building materials, mortar blocks and cement-based composite specimens. Our machine adopts high-performance composite metal frame and aviation-grade thickened steel structure, completely solving the space waste problem caused by separate purchase of flexure tester and compression tester, and becomes the core testing equipment of global construction laboratories.

The whole machine frame is welded with high-strength composite alloy steel, after high-temperature annealing and anti-rust electrostatic spraying treatment, with strong anti-deformation ability under long-term 300kN high load operation. The two-side safety protection covers are made of impact-resistant composite plastic with hollow heat dissipation design, which can block broken test pieces splashing during the test and reduce the internal temperature rise of hydraulic components. The fixture contact surface is treated with wear-resistant alloy plating, with high hardness and long service life; the hydraulic cylinder is equipped with imported composite sealing ring, effectively preventing oil leakage, stable pressure holding and low failure rate. The touch control panel adopts industrial composite touch glass, scratch-resistant, dust-proof and water-proof, adapting to long-term laboratory environment use.
Working Principle
The equipment is equipped with two independent test stations: 10kN flexure station and 300kN compression station, controlled by a single integrated servo hydraulic system.
1. Flexure Test: Place the standard 40×40×160mm cement mortar prism on the three-point bending fixture. The servo motor drives the hydraulic cylinder to apply continuous uniform load downward, the high-precision load cell collects real-time force data, and the system automatically calculates the flexural strength when the specimen breaks.
2. Compression Test: Take the two broken halves from flexure test, place them on the compression jig, the hydraulic system automatically switches the pressure range, loads at standard constant speed, records the ultimate breaking force, and converts the compressive strength value. All load, stress, time and displacement data are transmitted to the industrial touch screen in real time, automatically generating force-stress curves, storing test data, and supporting one-click report printing and USB data export. Overload, overpressure and emergency stop triple protection will cut off power and pressure supply instantly once abnormal conditions occur.
