Working Principle

 

The cabinet adopts closed-loop automatic temperature & humidity feedback control technology:

1. Built-in temperature & humidity sensors continuously collect real-time internal environmental data and transmit signals to the central digital controller.

2. Temperature Regulation Logic: When internal temperature is lower than 20℃, the heating system activates; when temperature exceeds 22℃, the refrigeration compressor automatically starts to cool down, maintaining 20±2℃ constant temperature.

3. Humidity Regulation Logic: The ultrasonic humidifier atomizes clean water into fine mist. Once internal humidity drops below 95%RH, the humidification system automatically boosts mist output to sustain high-humidity curing atmosphere.

4. Circulation fan evenly distributes temperature and mist across the whole inner chamber, ensuring every specimen receives identical curing conditions for accurate test results.

5. All systems operate automatically in cycles without manual supervision for long-duration curing tasks (3d, 7d, 28d).
