1. Before powering on, always check that the connection cables, plugs, sockets, and power plugs/sockets between the CNC system and the main unit are correct.
2. Checking the positions of the upper and lower limit stop rings is crucial. Maintain a sufficient distance between the two clamps to prevent damage to machine parts, especially the sensors, due to misoperation or main unit malfunction.
3. Do not press any keys on the microcomputer control system during the tensile testing machine test.
4. Select the appropriate clamps according to the specific test conditions to avoid damaging them.
5. In case of a sudden power outage, immediately turn off all power. Power on the machine only after confirming a stable power supply. Frequent power interruptions can easily damage the microcomputer control system and motor speed control system.
6. Do not leave the machine unattended while it is running.
7. The input tensile speed value must be equal to the actual tensile speed of the test specimen, especially for tearing and peeling tests.
8. Do not perform tensile tests if the maximum breaking force of the specimen is unknown; otherwise, the sensor may be damaged due to overload.
