Working Principle
Different from conventional forced air drying ovens, this vacuum drying oven creates a negative-pressure enclosed chamber. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of moisture inside test samples is significantly reduced, enabling rapid dehydration at low temperatures without high-temperature baking. The oxygen-deficient vacuum environment effectively prevents oxidation, discoloration and thermal decomposition of heat-sensitive substances, preserving the original physical and chemical properties of test materials.
